This Refund Policy explains the general SunnyPOS refund approach. Specific written purchase terms, subscription terms, or signed agreements may provide different rules.
1. Digital software downloads
SunnyPOS software is delivered digitally. Because digital software can be downloaded, installed, copied, or activated quickly, all sales are generally final unless SunnyPOS states otherwise in writing.
2. Trial, demo, or free versions
If SunnyPOS offers a trial, demo, free version, or limited feature version, customers should use it to evaluate whether the software fits their needs before purchasing a license, subscription, or paid feature.
3. Subscription fees
Subscription fees are generally charged according to the subscription plan and billing terms accepted by the customer. Unless required by law or stated in writing by SunnyPOS, partial billing periods, unused time, setup fees, support fees, or renewal fees are not automatically refundable.
4. Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancellation, contact SunnyPOS support promptly at support@sunnypos.com with the transaction date, product, account, and contact information.
5. Installer or activation problems
If you cannot install or activate the software, contact SunnyPOS support. SunnyPOS may attempt to correct the issue, provide a replacement installer, help with activation, or provide other reasonable support before considering any refund.
6. Chargebacks and legal rights
Please contact SunnyPOS support before filing a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed, SunnyPOS may suspend licenses, subscriptions, downloads, or support while the payment dispute is reviewed. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
