1. Program name
Mint POS Operational Alerts.
2. Program description
Sunny POS, Inc., doing business as SunnyPOS, provides Mint POS Operational Alerts to authorized Mint business users who voluntarily enroll in the program. The program sends transactional, non-marketing SMS/text notifications about operational activity associated with the user's Mint POS account or business.
Messages may include sales summaries, transaction activity alerts such as refunds or voids, and user activity alerts such as cashier sign-in/sign-out or employee clock-in/clock-out events. These message types are part of one Mint POS Operational Alerts program.
3. Consent
By providing your mobile phone number through the Mint POS Operational Alerts opt-in form and affirmatively selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive recurring automated transactional SMS/text messages from Sunny POS, Inc. dba SunnyPOS through the Mint POS system about operational activity associated with your Mint POS account or business.
Consent is voluntary and is not required to purchase or use Mint POS. Consent applies to the individual mobile number enrolled in the Mint POS Operational Alerts program.
4. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on activity in your Mint POS account and the operational alerts enabled for that account. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
5. Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
6. Help
Reply HELP for help. You may also contact SunnyPOS at admin@sunnypos.com or support@sunnypos.com.
7. Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and network availability.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes
SunnyPOS may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on the SunnyPOS website with its effective date.
